  3. Just a note to let you know what been happening on East Coast MIDI -
  4. The MIDI Resource.
  5.  
  6. We're adding more Support Conferences daily, most notably the new Sampling
  7. Conference.  We'll be building a fairly huge Sample Library from the many
  8. files our users have uploaded, plus a fair amount of our own.  If you've
  9. got a Sampler, you won't want to miss this!
  10.  
  11. The STEINBERG/Jones Support Conference is growing rapidly, and STEINBERG
  12. recently introduced SWITCHER.  This utility let's you run up to 10 programs
  13. simultaneously (!) on the ST, providing you have enough RAM (Each STEINBERG
  14. program requires 1MByte of RAM).  Available via Support Conference #9.

  16. It looks as though ECM and Yamaha Music Corporation may be setting up a C-1
  17. User Conference soon...we'll keep you informed.  Hopefully we can get the rest
  18. of Yamaha's product people involved so all Yamaha product users can get on-line
  19. support via East Coast MIDI.  Why not logon and leave a message with your
  20. Yamaha equipment list so we can forward it to the proper departments at Yamaha. 
  21. If they know people out here WANT support for their axes, maybe they'll give in
  22. and support the whole product line!
